Staff Development/On-site Training

WhyTry Training makes an excellent staff development program. It is motivational and electrifying, even for staff who won’t use the WhyTry Program on a daily basis. Most staff development programs are one-day or half-day in duration. These programs can be adapted to meet your needs, but generally include a discussion of the origins and principles of the WhyTry Program, an overview of the Visual Analogies, and an introduction to the Motivation Formula.

If you have other needs for WhyTry Training at your facility, WhyTry can provide a qualified trainer to meet your requirements. We will work with you to develop a program that makes the WhyTry program most effective in your institutional setting.

Scheduling: On-site training generally needs to be scheduled three months in advance, but check our calendar for available dates.
